NACM shall use its best efforts to assign the booth in one of the locations requested by the exhibitor on the application, and to provide physical separation from competitor booths, if so requested by the exhibitor. This notwithstanding, NACM reserves the right to change location assignments at any time that, at its sole discretion is deemed necessary.
