Exhibitor Setup/Move In

Sunday, June 11:

8:00am–3:00pm

All booths MUST be set up by 3:00pm on Sunday, June 11. If setup is not complete, Show Management will have the installation performed at the expense of the exhibitor. Setting up a booth during exhibit hall hours is prohibited.

Exhibitor Tear Down/Move Out

Tuesday, June 13:

1:30pm–6:00pm

No exhibit may be dismantled before 1:30pm on Tuesday, June 13*
* A fee will be charged to any exhibitor who dismantles their booth before the close of the show.
